LOA

An LOA or letter of authorization is a document that allows a new carrier to act on your behalf in dealing with your communication system.

Long-Distance Calling

Long-distance calling is a call made outside a local area code or designated local region. There are national long-distance calls that are made within the same country and international long-distance calls that are handled differently with international codes.

Latency

Latency is a time measurement of between when a call is dialed and starts ringing on the other end. It’s a synonym with the word delay.
