Culturally, the West Valley Arts Council promotes arts and culture in Glendale and surrounding areas. The city has museums, galleries, and theaters including Manistee Ranch, Arizona Doll and Toy Museum, and the Southwest Museum of Engineering, Communications, and Computation.
Some of the city’s outdoor attractions include the Thunderbird Conservation Park and the Glendale Xeriscape Garden. These parks and gardens offer residents and visitors the opportunity to explore the natural beauty of the area and learn about conservation efforts.
Two of Glendale’s more well-known festivals are Waldo’s World 420 Music Fest and Family Life Radio Fest.
