On a day-to-day, it will be business as usual, only now you have new resources and an extended support team to continue delivering you the high-quality results you deserve. 4Voice joining forces with nexVortex, a company as passionate about high-quality and affordable phone service as 4Voice, is what will take us into the next chapter in telcom success.

Why was this transfer executed?

nexVortex and 4Voice strongly believe this transfer will provide increased value to customers and to the Hosted Voice business by combining the strengths of both company’s offerings. This will result in a wider range of services for your clients as well as an expanded and dedicated team that exclusively works with these clients for on-boarding and support.

Will this affect the products and services that I sell?

4Voice is taking over the entire technology base as well as the support and technical staff associated with the existing Hosted Voice product. As a result, the products and services will remain the same along with the existing feature set. 4Voice does plan to augment these with new features and products to help you have the widest offering for your clients.

Who will my new contacts be?

4Voice is also transitioning the existing partner support staff and will reach out to you to make sure you have all the new contact information for both Sales and Support.

Will my commissions be affected?

4Voice is committed to paying all accrued and future commissions on the same schedule as before this transition. All contract terms and commission terms will remain the same.

Will I need to change my payment information?

Your March commissions will continue to be paid through the same accounts. 4Voice will reach out in the coming weeks to setup new payment information so that future commissions can be paid via direct bank transfer.

What happens to accounts currently being migrated?

Existing customer migrations will continue as scheduled. The team handling these is also transferring to 4Voice and will ensure continuity. 4Voice will also be reaching out to each partner and customer in this pipeline to address any concerns.
