Standard phone service is $17 per user monthly and our premium phone services is $20 per user a month.
Are there pricing options for smaller or simpler setups?
Yes, we have a basic hosted phone plan that is $10 per user monthly.
How much does 4Voice’s toll-free/virtual number service cost?
Our Standard Toll-Free plan is $10 monthly for 100 inbound minutes; extra minutes at 5cents each. Our Premium plan is $25 monthly for 500 inbound minutes with extra minutes 4.5 cents each. Our elite plan is $35 monthly for 1,000 inbound minutes with each extra minute costing 4 cents each.
What about SIP trunking with 4Voice?
We have a “2Link” VoIP connectivity option for $20 per channel monthly.
Does 4Voice require long-term contracts?
There is no long-term contract required.
How is international calling handled and priced?
Calls within the continental U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico are considered local. Hawaii & Alaska are billed as international. International rates vary.
Are there add-on services like faxing and how much do they cost?
Our eFax service is $5 per user a month and an analog line fax is $20 a month.
Are the prices listed inclusive of all fees and taxes?
Taxes vary based on business location and that additional fees may apply.
Can the pricing change if I grow the number of users or locations?
